EU-DREAM brings together leading partners from the energy industry and research sectors to accelerate innovation in digital tools and enhance the adoption of digital services. In line with the EU’s Action Plan for the Digitalisation of the Energy System, EU-DREAM aims to develop the next generation of energy services, solutions, and products that bring tangible benefits to energy consumers.

These innovations will be rigorously tested and demonstrated in 6 Living Labs across 6 EU countries (Portugal, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Greece, and Denmark). By addressing barriers, motivations, and drivers from a consumer perspective, EU-DREAM will integrate new technological developments with the expertise of social sciences and humanities (SSH). By the end of the project, all technical solutions developed by EU-DREAM will achieve high-level results, reaching Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) of 6-7.
